Group Support


Please only book the Online Support Group that is suitable for you at this time and that corresponds to the issue you want to find support for. Do not book multiple groups as your application will only be accepted for ONE group per week.

Online Support Groups  are completely free but they require booking. Our online support groups are run by fully trained support group facilitators who ensure every member is respected and heard. To join one of our groups, simply select a group from the schedule. One of our Facilitators will then approve your registration for the group and you will receive an email confirmation. Once the group is scheduled to start, simply log on to EDA (N.I.) and the chat window will appear on the site. Members are not permited to book multiple groups on different topics, so please ony select the group that is suitable for your current needs.

How Can I Join The Group Support?

In order to access the Group Support you will need to be logged in. Each group session runs at a designated time. You can choose which Group you would like to book into using our Group Support Schedule. We respectfully request that members who book a place in a Group Session, attend the Group since places are limited.  If you book a Group and subsequently cannot attend, then please email in good time cancelling your place, so that the place can be made available for another member.  Once your cancellation email is submitted, your application will be removed and you are free then to make a new application for a later Group.


Please note the username you chose when registering with the site will appear in Online Support Groups and visible to all other members in attendance.  Therefore, it is your responsibility to chose a username that maintains your anonymity i.e. your username must NOT contain your real name.
